What if I have a really big team?

Do you offer discounts for annual plans?

Yes! You save 20% when you pay annually.
Do you require a long-term contract?

Nope. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.
What happens if I upgrade my plan in the middle of a billing cycle?

You will be charged a prorated amount based on where you are in the billing cycle. You will be charged the regular rate beginning in the next full cycle.
What happens if I downgrade my plan?

We credit your account for any time that remains in your billing cycle. You will be charged the regular rate when you have used up the credit.
What if I need more storage?

All paid plans include unlimited extra storage at $29 per 100 GB, so you’ll never run out of space.
